River Workout comes to Germantown every Saturday Morning at 10A.M.

"River Workout Fitness Program"
With Personal Trainer Stacy Chick

River Workout Fitness Program is a program designed for all levels of fitness.  It is a boot camp style workout that targets all components of fitness; cardio endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, muscular toning, and nutrition.  Whatever your goals are River Workout can help.  Come join the most exciting workout to ever hit downtown!

Start Date: On-going
Downtown Location
Days:  Meets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday Mornings
Class Times:  5:45A.M and 5:45P.M, Saturdays @ 8A.M.
Duration:  3 sessions a week, 1 Hour class
Where:  Greenbelt Park
Cost:  $10.00 a class


Germantown Location
Days:  Meets Saturday Mornings (Mondays and Wednesdays coming soon)
Class Times:  10A.M.
Duration:  2 sessions a week, 1 hour class
Where:  1223 S. Germantown Pkwy (Wolf River Trails)
Cost:  $10.00 a class
